This has nothing to do with parties or entertaining, but I just had to get this off my chest. I dropped my iphone in water this weekend. She's a dead duck.
Even though I only had my new phone a few months, I was totally addicted. I used it constantly with my party planning. Sitting in a meeting with a client and having a resource like that at your finger tips is something else. Now that I've experienced the "promise land" I don't know if I can go back.
To turn this depressing post around, how about you guys tell me your favorite apps. on your iphone?
I love shopping app that tells me where to find it local... but I have to say I understand your pain! I have dropped 2 in the river (kayaking), one in the toilet and one in the tub... yes, I can't be trusted lol

party inspiration
god forbid that ever happens again, but if it does immerse your phone in rice for a good long time. i've heard many success stories where the phones emerge from the rice in perfect working order. the timing is a bit fuzzy - some say a day, some a week and some say even more.
